Enrolment
Kindaimanna accepts enrolments irrespective of location. If we reach over maximum capacity, enrolments within the catchment area will take preference.
You are welcome to book an appointment to have a private tour and talk to the teaching staff personally prior to making your decision.
Even though we can accept enrolments at any time of the year, the Enrolment Application (Part A) is required by Week 1 of Term 3. As we have limited spots available, it is advised to submit your application early to avoid disappointment.

If your application is accepted, you will be required to complete the Enrolment Form (Part B) and return by the end of Week 4 of Term 3.
For a Community Kindergarten, this is a very important date. If we reach the minimum number of enrolments by this time, it will ensure that we are guaranteed funding and teaching staff for the following year. If you missed the deadline and we still have placements available, we may have likely been given an extension to have more time to obtain more enrolments or at best case scenario, an exemption to function for the following year. If this applies to you, please still get in touch with us if you wish to enrol your child.
The following documents are required in addition to the Enrolment Form:
Your child's birth certificate (telephone the Registry of Births, Deaths and Marriages on 1300 305 021 if you do not have one)
Your child's Immunisation History Statement (visit the Department of Health for instructions on how to obtain this statement)
Proof of your current address (eg recent accounts for electricity, water and telephone, bank details)
Copies of Family Court orders for confirmation of proof of name or custody arrangements.
Information relating to a disability (if applicable)
If your child was not born in Australia, you will need to provide evidence of:
Date of entry in Australia
Passport or travel documents
Current visa subclass and previous visa subclass (if applicable)
